1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–4 working days
Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational delays. While we make every effort to meet the stated timelines, delivery dates are not strictly guaranteed.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only through our website. For international order inquiries, please reach out to our team directly.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and displayed clearly at checkout:

Note: Shipping charges apply to prepaid orders and are non-refundable once shipped.

5. Order Tracking & Delays

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS.
In case of unexpected courier delays, check your live tracking link or reach out to our team for assistance.

6. Address Updates & Damaged Delivery

Address Updates: Address modifications must be requested prior to dispatch.
Missing or Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery alongside an unboxing video so we can assist immediately.
